1. Return Status:
1.1 The customer has 72 hours from the delivery date of the order to show any return , after this time no return request will be processed.
Any refund request must be made via the contact form or by email (email@example.com)

1.2 A return number will be announced rapidly by our customer service, return address will also be included in the email. The return number and order number must imperatively featured in your package.
Any reference must be made by registered air mail within 3 days of receiving the order.
1.3 Articles should be returned in their original packaging, labeled, not worn or washed, any return due to defect will be automatically returned to the sender.
1.4 Any return "wild" ( without having alerted our service in advance) will be automatically returned to the consignor.
2.1 Repayment is immediately performed in your bank account within a fortnight.
2.2 The customer is in charge of paying the shipping costs
